Simple nomenclature: OO = option oscillator = measures dumb money bullishness/bearishness vs previous day.

OEX pcr measures smart money positions.

The goal is simple : we try to follow the smart money and fade the dumb money. I usually specify my signal as buy or sell having accounted for direction taken by smart money/dumb money.

Best signals r these having smart money taking the opposite position from dumb money (such as smart money on a buy and dumb money on a sell). (best case is that “oex pcr is a buy” (smart money buy call), and “oo is buy” (dumb money buy puts) or “oex pcr is sell” (smart money buy puts) and “oo is sell” (dumb money buy calls))
